About the Role:
Join North American Land Development as a Maintenance Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency in our Monroe, LA location.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in a relevant industry.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
