Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Help in the diagnosis of plumbing issues and support troubleshooting efforts.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure job sites are clean and organized.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress.
- Learn and apply plumbing codes and regulations under the guidance of experienced plumbers.
- Transport materials and tools to job sites as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance plumbing skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in plumbing or construction is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of plumbing tools and materials.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
