Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Prepare units for new residents by completing necessary repairs and cleaning.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders from residents.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Assist in managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.
